Payment

What types of payment does SalahK offer?

Salah K receives payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron and Mastercard.

Payment is drawn from your account when the item is shipped. All prices are in DKK, Danish kroner and incl. VAT. Price errors and sold / expired goods may be subject to changes.

How do I redeem a discount code?

You do this by entering the discount code when you are at checkout.

Can I trigger more than one discount code?

No, unless otherwise agreed with Salah K.

Delivery

Where do I deliver?

Salah K delivers orders to the whole world. Abroad, delivery is done with PostNord abroad, GLS or DHL. However, no countries that are blacklisted by various card providers.

What options do I have for delivery?

Your goods are shipped with Post Nord, GLS, Bring, DHL or DAO365.

Note: If there is no space at the delivery place, the package will be moved to the nearest delivery point, which will be notified. If you encounter any problems please contact us

How long is the delivery time?

Salah K endeavors two send order before 17 same day, order after 5pm will be shipped next weekday.
Products are delivered every week’s weekdays. Your item is expected to be delivered 1-3 business days after ordering.
For certain goods, special delivery terms apply. Conditions will appear specifically before purchase of these goods.

What is the delivery price?

The delivery price is calculated individually for the individual order, as the price depends on the recipient country and the number of items on the order. The delivery price is at least 83 DKK.

The shipping price is calculated before payment, so you can see the exact price for your shipping before you pay for the order.

When you order for countries outside the EU, the deduction will be automatically deducted before deduction of the amount.

Can I track my package?

Yes. There is an option for tracking orders, as all orders are sent as a package and not a letter.

Can I choose a delivery point for delivery to the warehouse shop, mail shop and Click & Collect stores?

Yes, you can freely choose between delivery locations when ordering items at Salah K.

My package is damaged at reception - what do I do?

In the case of reimbursement, please send bank details in the form of your account and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred. How do I send a return item?

Goods except for the right of withdrawal
The following product types are not included in the right of withdrawal:

Is there a time limit for regret?

You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You must pay the direct costs in return. Upon return you are responsible for the item being packed properly. You must attach a copy of the order confirmation. The expedition goes faster if you also fill in and attach our Cancellation Form. You carry the risk of the item from the time of delivery and until we have received the return.

What does it cost to send a return item?

If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you have paid back to us. In the case of a depreciation you are liable for, this purchase amount will be deducted. Using this right, refunded all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and within 14 days from the date where we have received notice of your decision to make use of the right of withdrawal. Refund is made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you explicitly agreed otherwise.

We can withhold the amount refund until we have received the return, unless you have submitted documentation before returning it.
